Our Process

At AP Rubber Group, we transform Truck Bus Radial (TBR) end-of-life tyres into valuable intermediate products with a focus on sustainability, efficiency, and quality. We responsibly collect discarded tyres from authorized channels and break them into manageable pieces for processing. Through an Ambient grinding process, metal components are separated, with rubber processed into crumb rubber and refined into microrub for diverse industrial applications. Steel shots and bead wires are also extracted with high purity for reuse.
