Started with AP Rubber Industries, Haridwar in 2003, now to cater global market effectively, we opened up another group company AP Recyclers SFZ LLC (APR) which is a sustainable, quality-driven and innovative unit. After more than two decades of domestic experience, it is the answer to progress and achievements. Our recycling products are crumb rubber, Micronized Rubber Powder (MRP), radial wire, and steel shots, all produced through quality-driven, eco-friendly operations.

The Process
Our recycling process begins with the careful collection and inspection of TBR tyres. Using advanced machinery, we shred, segregate, and extract key components like rubber and radial wire. TBR tires are processed using ambient grinding process into crumb rubber, micronized rubber powder, radial wires, steel shots and bead wire. Every step is designed for high efficiency, quality output, and zero environmental impact, which ensures reliability and sustainability.
